We recently completed a transformative door installation project in Brookfield, WI, deploying our efficient and precise methodology. This project, handled by our capable salesperson, Steve Leeland, led to the installation of two Manhattan-style doors; one located in the Powder Room and another leading to the Garage. Both doors were meticulously designed to be Single Swing, with one being Solid core and the other Fire Rated, each painted in Extra White to ensure a sleek, modern finish.
Our process started with our patented 3D measuring technology that captures the exact dimensions and geometry of existing door frames down to 1/1,000th of an inch. Thanks to our high-tech CNC machinery, each door was precisely cut and prepared with our state-of-the-art robotic automation, ensuring a perfect fit and smooth operation. The doors were also professionally painted and thermally fused for a durable, pristine finish, making sure they stand the test of time while enhancing the home’s aesthetic.
The complete removal and installation were executed within a day, making it not only efficient but also ensuring minimal disruption to the client's daily activities.
