We recently completed a transformative door installation project in Jupiter, FL. Featuring a total of 11 custom-designed doors from our exclusive Bainbridge line, all tailored for various specific locations within the home, including AC system doors, guest rooms, baths, laundry, and more. Each door was crafted using solid cores and painted a fresh "Extra White" to brighten the spaces.
Utilizing our patented 3D measuring technology, each door was meticulously measured and crafted to ensure a precision fit without the need for disruptive on-site construction. Our high-tech process involved digital measurements accurate to 1/1000th of an inch, robotic cutting with CNC machinery, and a factory finish achieved with advanced paint coating, creating a seamless installation accomplished in just one day.
