Yes. Without a valid Resale or Sales Tax Certificate, sales tax will be charged based on the delivery location.
We are required to collect sales tax in all states where we have a retail presence. If you hold a valid resale or exemption certificate, we can waive the tax upon request. Please submit your certificate to your local Dealer and reference your Trade Program account number. All tax documentation is subject to review, validation, and approval in accordance with state, local, and federal guidelines.
You will receive a rebate directly from your local Dealership during the first week of each month. See your Trade Agreement for further details on payment terms.
